Yes, we have a contactless system in place that will allow you to pick up or drop off whenever you need. After hours pickups do need to be scheduled during business hours, but it can be done.
If you cancel 48 hours or more before your reservation starts, you will receive a 95% refund. The 5% is kept to cover the card processing fees. If you cancel less than 48 hours before your reservation, a 50% refund will be issued.
